Chesilo HEC Hydroxyethyl cellulose is white to light yellowish, odorless and tasteless powder,readily soluble in hot water or cold water to form a viscous gel solution. It can thicken, suspend, bind, emulsify, form films, stabilizer, disperse, retain water and provide protective colloid action.
