How to change the roles and permissions
If you wish to change the roles and permissions of a coworker or employee you need to have Administrator role in Tabdevi and follow the following steps:
- Go to SETTINGS > USER ROLES AND RIGHTS
- Select the roles and permissions you wish to give your coworker or employee and click "Save".
User visibility
If you wish to change the visibility of a coworker or employee you need to have Administrator role in Tabdevi and follow the below steps:
- Go to SETTINGS > USER ROLES AND RIGHTS
- Select the visibility you wish to assign the user on Tabdevi and press "Save".
The visibility scope of your coworkers or employees on Tabdevi can be of 2 types:
- Public profile: The user appears on the public profile of your organisation or company.
If you select this option you will foster your coworkers to establish connections with your contacts and other registered users because registered users will be able to view and query the public contacts of an organisation or company.
- Internal profile: The user not appear on the public profile of your organisation or company.
If you select this option, you will foster relations among your coworkers, but will not facilitate your coworkers connection with other users of other organisations on Tabdevi.
Change the department of a user
If you wish to change or assign a department to a coworker you need to have Administrator role in Tabdevi and follow the below steps:
- Go to SETTINGS > USER ROLES AND RIGHTS
- Select the department you wish to assign to your user to start receiving messages from that department within Tabdevi and click "Save".
Block an employee or coworker
If you wish to block a coworker or employee you need to have Administrator role in Tabdevi and follow the below steps:
- Go to SETTINGS > USER ROLES AND RIGHTS
- Select the check box of the user you wish to block and click "Block employees".
Hereon, the coworker or employee will not be able to access Tabdevi.
If the event you wish to unblock your user to again let the user access your account, you just have to press "Activate" button.
Delete a coworker or employee
If you wish to delete a coworker or employee you need to have Administrator role in Tabdevi and follow the below steps:
- Go to SETTINGS > USER ROLES AND RIGHTS
- Select the check box of the user you wish to delete and click "Delete employees".
Hereon, the coworker or employee will be deleted from your organisation on Tabdevi.
Delete the organisation or company account
If you decide to delete the account from your organisation on Tabdevi you will lose all the information present in your account, your products and services. your coworkers or employees and all your contacts. You wont be able to recover the deleted information.
To delete the account go to the section SETTINGS > USER ROLES AND RIGHTS and next to the delete and block employee buttons you will find a link to "Delete organisation account".
In order to improve our service, we will ask you to specify the reason why you delete your organisation account.
The account may only be deleted by a user of the organisation with administrator role and must enter his/her password.
Change the purchase permissions
If you wish to edit the purchase permissions of your organisation you must have Administrator role in Tabdevi. Depending on your account type in Tabdevi you will have permissions to manage the account types that can bid on your purchases.
Depending on your type of account you will be able manage offers you receive, based on the account type of the suppliers, therefore you can only manage those lower your account type:
- Basic: you cannot manage purchase permissions.
- Professional: you can only decide whether or not to accept bids from basic accounts.
- Business: you can only decide whether or not to accept bids from basic and professional accounts.
- Premium: you can decide whether or not to accept bids from basic, professionals and business accounts.
To manage permissions follow the below steps:
- Go to SETTINGS > USER ROLES AND RIGHTS
- Select the check box for the account types that can access your purchases.
