How to accept an invitation?
In your "Invitations" section you can Accept, Decline or Ignore invitations from users who try to contact you or your organisation.
When you "Accept" an invitation your entire organisation will be notified. If any contact invitation is not appropriate or has been accepted by mistake any coworker from your organisation will be able to delete it as a contact.
If the contact invitation is addressed to you personally as a personal contact, then the invitation acceptance will not be notified to your entire organisation.
All the contacts that are accepted (if you do not rate them) you can find them by default in:
- Customers "Not valuated"
- Suppliers "Not valuated"
How to decline a contact invitation?
If you decline a contact invite regardless of its type, the contact can only send another one more contact request for that contact type.
For example, if you "Decline" a contact as a customer twice, the customer will not be able to send you more contact requests. Later on if both parties wish to be a contact, the party that has "declined" the invite is the one which has to send it through any product or service that has published or via email (if known) from the "Contact” section. The same is applicable when you decline a supplier, partner or personal contact.
How to ignore a contact invitation?
If you "Ignore" a contact invitation, they will no longer be able to contact you for this invite type.
For example, if Company 1 "Ignores" the contact invite as a customer of Company 2, the latter will no longer be able to send you more contact requests of that type. Later on if they wish to be a contact, company 1 has to send the contact request through any product or service company 2 has published or via email (if known) from the "Contact" section. The same is applicable when you ignore a supplier, partner or personal contact.
