How to listen to the market
When someone publishes an opinion on any of your products or services you will be notified and you'll see the user's opinion in your notifications section. Just like you your entire organisation will be able to view the opinions published by the users on them.
If you wish to check the opinions on your products or services you have two options: (1) click here to go to "My products and services", look for it in the table and click on the name to preview it and see the opinions; or (2) write the name of the product or service in the search engine and view the opinions.
