I can't find the confirmation email to validate my registration on Tabdevi
After you register by filling in the 4 fields of the registration form, you will receive an email message with the subject "Registered user on Tabdevi". If you do not see this email in your inbox it may be due to one of the following causes:
- Cause 1: please check in your junk mail or spam folder. Then, when you find the email with the subject "Registered user on Tabdevi" click on the button to validate the account, and access Tabdevi. If this is not the case, see cause 2.
- Cause 2: If the "Registered user on Tabdevi" email is not found in the inbox or in the spam mail folder, then you may have entered your email address incorrectly, hence register again specifying your email account correctly by clicking here. If during registration, Tabdevi displays the following message "this email already exists" see cause 3.
- Cause 3: Your email server has restrictions for receiving mail from other countries. If this happens, please use other email platforms to register, for example Gmail, Yahoo, Hotmail, QQ mail, etc…, which do not have restrictions.

I am registered but I can't remember my password (recover password)
If you have tried to access and cannot remember your password, then follow the following steps:
- Click here to recover your password.
- Enter your email address to log in and we will send you an email to change your Tabdevi password.
- After you change your password, you just have to sign in and use your new password.
My account is blocked
When you sign in if the following message is displayed:
You don't have permissions to enter on Tabdevi. Contact with your account administrator.
Then please contact the account administrator of your organisation to provide you the necessary access permissions. Normally, this message is displayed when a user is blocked.
I cannot access my account
When you log in if you cannot enter your account, then it may be due to 2 reasons:
- Your email is not correctly entered (check) or
- You don't remember your password. Then click here and change your password.
